The
quest for quality begins as we select the raw materials that will
become A&E® threads. Only the finest grades of cotton, synthetic
staple fibers and filaments will do. By developing partnerships
with our suppliers, we assure regular deliveries of superior
materials. This is a process improvement that adds value to our
products right from the start. Manufacturing processes are
governed by benchmarks or established standards for production and
quality control. We compete with our own success to achieve
still higher levels of performance. Finished thread is tested
repeatedly to assess its strength and sewability. But, rigorous
testing in our government certified laboratory is not enough.
Customer feedback is critical to be process of creating threads that
stand up to the job.

6.6 high-tenacity nylon, which exhibit excellent abrasion
resistance. Has excellent sewability and strength-to-size
ratio.

polyester. Provide more strength than spun poly, so you can
use a smaller size without sacrificing the strength of your seams.
Offers excellent sewability and seam performance. |
